Collage is a Polish progressive rock band that gained popularity outside of Poland. The band was formed in 1985 and their first CD, Baśnie, was released in 1990. In 1992, it was released by the Italian label Vinyl Magic. In 1994, Collage recorded the album Moonshine for the Dutch label SI Music. The album was released worldwide in 1995 by Roadrunner Records and was a commercial and artistic success. Nine Songs of John Lennon, one of the band's earlier albums, was also reissued in Japan and Korea. Collage is still considered one of the most important bands in the genre.
